Loveless was a wonderful host, he was incredibly responsive, and easy to work with. The only thing that was challenging about this rental was that it is an EV, and not the usual gas powered vehicle I am used to. In the posting, loveless refers to videos to watch to prepare for your rental, and I will say, those videos were a lifesaver. Loveless really thought it all out when preparing his customers for their rental. I couldn’t thank him enough for that.
