Jonathan and his family stepped up and brought the car to us at the hotel to save the day so we were able to navigate around Huntsville for our 1 day trip for a career fair.

It went through battery pretty quick, but there's a quick charging station close to Huntsville.
Exceptionally easy rental experience. The vehicle was ready and waiting at the airport garage as requested, in an impeccable state of cleanliness. Jonathan answered any questions I had quickly and professionally, even on the Sunday I arrived. Highly recommend getting the optional app access, it allows for worry free checking of charge status.

this car is amazing, but anyone looking to rent a Model S already knows that. the owner of the car, david, was truly a great person to work with on this rental. we were able to move back our pickup time to adjust for dropping our dog off at a friends house, and when we picked up the car it was incredibly clean and easy to start driving. when we heard that something had happened with our dog and we needed to end our trip early, and without being able to charge the cars battery to the level david requests, he was completely understanding and compassionate regarding our dog and the car’s battery level. if i need a car in huntsville again, i will definitely be reaching out to david to rent this one

I have a Porsche Taycan, so I wasn’t sure how I’d like driving the Tesla since I’ve never drove one, but it was amazing:) The car was beautiful, clean, and full of technology!
Even with my issues during trip, Charles was very solution oriented towards getting a resolution Car is a beauty.
