Jeep Wrangler 2025

Overall, great scenario… I’ve rented jeeps multiple times to vacation in Florida… With my wife and kids… Primarily through Turo… So we knew what to expect and what we were going to do and how all of our accommodations would fit… With that being said… Can’t complain when the vehicle is brand new and only has 7000 some miles on it… The kids love a jeep and having a Sunrider roof… With one touch open and close made everything so much more fun… Pick up went pretty smooth… Our host… Had several cohost that we’re trying to accommodate their needs for meeting our Turo rental agreement… And there was some confusion between host and cohost about how to deliver and pick up… This type of scenario should not impact the guest at all… For instance, when I picked the vehicle up, there was a lock box on the window… But the door was open and instructions were said that keys were in the center console… But they were in the lock box so that fumbled the pick up process an extra 10 minutes or so in communication… And then in drop off… I received instructions from one party to just place the keys in the center console and leave the vehicle unlocked… And then the Turo app requested that I placed the keys in the center console and lock the vehicle… And then the third host Contacted me as I was sitting in the gate checked through security at the airport, asking me where I had placed the keys and that he couldn’t get in the vehicle… looking back I should’ve just taken this a little bit more into my own hands and use the lock box that was on the window in the first place… And eliminated all of the confusion between multiple parties… In the long run, the host receive the vehicle… But not until his cohost had to make multiple trips to pick up a spare key… Still wondering why that spare key might not have made it with the cohost to eliminate extra travels… And then these extra travels were passed on to me in the form of subsequent charges… I understand completely things happen, and that in this world, the customer may not always be right… But at the same point, I have the timeline of events captured to show what instruction was given where and when… And this wasn’t unexpected cost… Or even asked to be shared Between host and guest… In the long run, another wonderful vacation with a great rental experience… Looking forward to doing it again… And being a man of logistics… I’ll make sure that both sides run a little bit smoother. I’ll probably contacting Turo to make sure that things go the way they need to going forward. FYI, in the future… Always have a spare key… I know I have at least three for mine… And a back up plan in place. Note: this review was transcribed using Siri… So there may be some audible errors. I will be inspecting said review from both sides
