Pickup was pretty easy - there could’ve been a little more description of where the ST parking was but we asked someone and found the car without issue. This vehicle was exactly what we needed for our trip to Traverse City. We wouldn’t have been able to get to our Airbnb without it. There was a small hiccup, but Jeremy handled it and we were completely satisfied with this rental. Would def rent his Jeep again when we are in MI next time.

This is the only way to go when you need a vehicle. Charles has a great Jeep, like new condition, great fun to drive, reasonably priced, and pick up and drop off are way better than a rental company. I love using Turo, and when I return to West Michigan I will definitely drive Charles Jeep again.

I had a great experience renting from Jon on Turo. The car was very clean, easy to drive, and overall in great condition. Pickup was smooth and stress-free—the location was easy to find, and Jon sent clear photos and directions ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent; Jon was quick to respond to all of my questions and made the whole process feel simple and comfortable. While driving, I did notice the car would occasionally slide a bit during slow turns, which may have been due to snowy road conditions, but it’s something to be mindful of. Aside from that, everything went smoothly. I was also a little late returning the car, and Jon was very understanding as long as I gave a heads-up and updated the return time.
