The car seemed to be fine. No problems with the car. We just used it for the weekend everyday. Errands, and for my mom to go to work she works at the hospital and her van is in the shop 🤞🏼 hope we get it back this week I'll rent it again if need be thank you

Sammi is a great host with excellent communication, and the whole transaction felt safe and smooth. The pickup location is in a very safe area. The car serves its purpose well as reliable transportation. Don’t expect anything luxurious—it’s simply a functional vehicle. It was clean when I picked it up, although the cleaning wasn’t perfect. The air conditioning takes a little while to cool the car down, which, during California’s summer heat, can mean dealing with the heat for a bit. On the plus side, the car is very fuel-efficient. Overall, I’m very happy with Sammi’s service and with the car’s functionality. In the end, the rental cost was very low, and I think it offers excellent value for the price. Rented this brand-new 2026 Toyota Sienna for a week and drove it to San Francisco. The van was spotless, extremely comfortable, and performed perfectly the whole trip.
