While the host was extremely friendly, the vehicle itself became inoperable after 1 drive when the battery completely died. I was traveling solo with two kids, and had to secure a jump to be able to drive it back to return and rent myself another vehicle. It was disappointing to see the vehicle immediately listed as available again, when it needed maintenance.

From my end I can see that the battery is less than 6 months old and passed a full inspection the week prior to your trip.
Since we work at a dealership - once you dropped the car off I was able to get the car into a technician immediately. Which once again passed all of the tests. That is why it was placed back onto the platform but was not done without a check up.

Car was as described, clean, and drove well for our trip. We had some communication issues tough. For checkout we didn’t receive any instructions directly from the host but received an email from Turo with a link showing approved lots. We parked in one of those lots but were later told by the host that we should have parked in the pickup lot (Pikes Peak Lot) and would be charged the difference.
