The car was unfortunately in very poor condition both externally and internally. As shown in the photos, the exterior had multiple scratches, paint damage, and visible rust around the rear wheel area. The interior was also not clean, with several stains and marks on the seats and overall signs of poor maintenance.
In addition, a warning light on the dashboard remained constantly on during the trip. One of the days, the car would not start at all and I had to jump-start it myself because the host was not responding. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience, and the condition of the vehicle did not match expectations for a Turo rental.
