Rented from another host who did not respond when I landed at the airport. Host "LEE" in the Newark Airport area did not communicate with myself or Turo. Leaving me and two others stranded at liberty International. Turo canceled the rental with LEE and booked me with JK. Very nice host and cool little car. Everything works as it should. Would recommend JK anytime. Thanks again. See you next time. DONT RENT FROM LEE 🙌

Pick up location was great, real close to my home, drives smooth car was clean i would recommend again

I arrived 15 minutes early for my start time, and they went through Turo to get extra money from me, claiming it was for insurance purposes. They tried to charge me $118 for 15 minutes, so I waited until 4 p.m. The car smells like cigarettes. The charger ports don't work, the passenger seat heater is stuck on, and the brakes are screaming.
