Car was in great shape, well maintained and very clean. Host was very easy to get a hold of when needed, and easy to work with.
My one and only complaint is that I was not given access to the vehicle via the tesla app. The reason being that with a fleet as large as they have, it would be very difficult to be coordinating app access to everyone. I have rented at least a dozen teslas in the last six months, and I was always granted access without having to ask. It might sound trivial to a lot, but to those that truly use the vehicle as not just a joy ride for a weekend, but for days or weeks at a time know how much the app facilitates a lot of your day to day usage of the car.
