I had an excellent experience with this Turo rental. I picked up the car on Thursday, and the host responded to my question immediately, which made communication smooth and stress-free. The pickup location was very convenient, and the car itself was in good condition and drove well. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would happily rent from this host again. Five stars all around.

The new Land Cruiser is an awesome car, and this is a really clean one! They take great care of the car and the pickup/dropoff couldn’t be easier with the lockbox and very clear instructions.

Best car we’ve rented so far with Turo! The car was soooo clean when we received it; you can tell it was well taken care of by the owner. He was very informative and detailed with the pick up and drop off instructions so we did not have any confusion or questions when picking the car up. The features of the car were awesome! The AC was COLLLLDDDD which was especially great for this hot weather, the gas was VERY efficient and lasted us all the way to our destination and then some. The car drove smoothly and felt very secure even when we ran into a storm on our trip. 10/10 would definitely recommend renting from Hiep.

The host and location are great, the car was just fine but I was floored Turo in effect double charged the advertised daily rental cost with their 'trip fee', not visible while struggling to get approved to drive. I did appreciate the car being available nearby on a Saturday. Turo keeps emailing me for feedback so there it is. The host was great and car was just fine.
