Great car, everything was perfect!

Host communication was fine, but the horn did not work. This is a serious safety hazard—especially in Boston. When a driver reversed nearly 100 meters toward me, I had no way to alert them and only avoided a collision because I had space to escape. The host’s response afterward was inadequate; dismissing the issue as the horn being ‘tight’ ignores the fact that it was effectively nonfunctional. I have video showing the excessive force and delay required to activate it. A horn in that condition is unsafe and should never be provided to renters. I sincerely hope the host inspects and fixes this issue before the next rental—before someone gets seriously hurt.
The horn works as expected. We didn’t have the same experience as this guest. None of our other guests had this issue, so I’m not certain what happened with this guest.

The car was great. My interactions with the host was also very good. It was a long rental and I had no issues with the car other than pairing my phones bluetooth but that was probably more on me. I was able to extend my trip for a day as well to accomodate a change in plans. I highly recommend this host and their car. It got fantastic mileage!
