Easy and convenient pick up and drop off process. Ed was accessible via message and accepted our trip extension request when our flight out of SFO was delayed.
The USB charging port did not work, which was problematic on our drive up highway 1 into wine country. The car seemed to shake when driving 65-70 miles an hour.
Overall, a good experience and would rent again.
