My entire experience was great. I made a relatively last-minutes rental and the owner was super prompt in responding. Near pickup time, I was alerted to a minor issue with the car which was resolved super quickly.
Vehicle location is great, within walking distance of several busses and a street car line. Pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow. 10/10, will look for this one (or any other by owner) again.
