Communication: Booking was fine. Messages were set up to automatically go out based on arrival and departure times which worked out OK. There was quite a bit of delay when we asked a question during the course of our trip however.
Cleanliness: The interior of the car was incredibly dusty and the trunk was quite dirty as well. There was a container of Clorox wipes in the glove box which we used to wipe the interior before putting our bags in and heading out.
Pickup: Very smooth ( outside of having to clean the interior ), the code and instructions were well thought out and the link to unlock the car worked well.
Drop-off: This was a bit chaotic. There was work happening on the only garage door that the parking pass worked on so we had to convince one of the workers to let us in via another roll door. Without a phone number to contact the owner, we almost had to leave the car parked on the street so we could get to the airport on time. We tried messaging the owner, however we didn't get a reply until we had ended the trip 20 minutes later.

Extremely disappointed. Car was DISGUSTING both inside and out. Full of trash, dirt and a horrible smell. Host didn't bother to answer any messages or questions. Would not rent from him again!
