Hong was an absolutely fantastic host! The Jetta was spotless inside and out and drove perfectly the entire trip. He even went the extra mile by leaving us a phone charger to use, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When I had trouble connecting my iPhone to Apple CarPlay, Hong didn’t just send a message—he actually called me and patiently walked me through the process until everything was working. His communication was exceptional from start to finish, and he was genuinely kind, responsive, and eager to help.
This was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable car and a host who truly cares about their guests, I can’t recommend Hong enough. I would happily rent from him again without hesitation!
