The host was great but the car was needing to charge everyday. The battery life wasn’t great. And it slowed us down from a lot of things we wanted to do. I will not be renting out a Tesla in the future

Although the vehicle I originally rented was not available so I was switched to another vehicle also got up charged for the switch but it was fixed right away. Besides booking issue. Post was very informative about checking in and checking out and was very responsive. Vehicle was amazing.

Pickup and return were a headache. It’s listed as pickup for San Antonio airport available but the host does not want you to pickup or drop off there. Original vehicle I booked wasn’t available. I incurred extra out of pocket expenses to pay for an uber to pickup vehicle. Vehicle was damaged in multiple areas on the outside

The car was great and drove very well. Fairly easy pick-up location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I do not recommend this car for a trip longer than 2 hours (one-way) if stopping for at least 30 minutes is not worked into your trip. Also, if you've never driven a Tesla, definitely do your due diligence to know the vehicle workings prior to renting.
