Everything was amazing about the service and communication while renting . Car was as advertised and meet every expectation. Only thing was it was dirty on the exterior which wasn’t an issue they were able to allow me to take it to get washed . There was a crack on the windshield but they let me know that they would fix it upon my return of the rental. There was an update when I was going to return my car when i was about to leave but the staff provided me a buffer because of the update which is very helpful by the staff. Thank you again for my amazing customer service.

It was the best experience i have ever had with Turo. I had already ended my trip and then realized i had left my ID at my other destination. The host and Turo made the car available for me again so i could go get my ID for my morning flight. Thank you giys so much!
