I rented a Tesla model 3 but had to take that back because of a mechanical issues. I was given a Hyundai sonata instead because the other Tesla had the same issues. With the Sonata my miles were reduced from 4 days 1000 miles to 2 days 400. I'm missing 100 miles and because of that I ended the rental a few hours early. Overall the car was in good shape but both vehicles had a slight odor as if the cars were smoked in before and the cleaning products was trying to mask it. This odor got into my clothes that was even in my luggage. The good thing is it was a little cooler this weekend so I was able to roll down the windows to air the car out but I can still smell it in my clothing. Overall it was a decent experience.
Thank you for review. The Tesla was inspected and found to be in working condition and no mechanical issue As a Tesla owner, you know they are not built as though as gas cars.. Regarding the Oder, there was not any, but we do use products to eliminate orders since cars are rented by many guests, not all follow the rules. we are glad your over all experience was decent and hope to provide a better one next time.
