Horrible communication never will I ever rent through this guy again

Guest was upset I wouldn’t cancel reimbursement invoice, due to not filling the vehicle back up and driving extra mileage on the car. They claimed not being able to find the drop off location when it’s the same area you pick up the car from which I told them multiple times.
Best trip I've had with Turo so far! Host communicated effectively, car was much faster than I anticipated and the small touches like the charger, AUX chord and phone mount was the cherry on top! Highly recommend!
