Unprofessional and inconsistent host. My ID was initially rejected for concealing the license number—even though that’s allowed by Turo—then later approved.
I returned the car early and personally saw the host take possession, but my request to update the return time was still denied. After taking the keys and locking the vehicle, I was unable to access it to take proper return photos.
Even after confirming the car was returned in good condition, I had to drive back just to document it.
Overall, poor communication and a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t rent from this host again.
This guest smoked in our car and returned tank less than full per his own admission. He also said he enjoyed the car and that it was "amazing." But when things didn't go his way, he's leaving this review in retaliation. Prior to this guest, this vehicle had a perfect 5 star rating, and this guest is simply lying due to his smoking claim and the incidental charge for refueling. Somehow he thinks he's better than the 17 guests who have reviewed this car before him and gave it all 5 stars.
