Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. The car kept stalling and shutting off on its own, with both the check engine light and tire pressure light on. Completely unreliable and unsafe to drive. I had to cancel the booking because I couldn’t trust the vehicle to get me where I needed to go. This car should not be rented out in this condition. Would not recommend to anyone!

I wish you told us what was difficult.
This was my first time renting a car through Turo and thanks to Sergio’s instructions, it went super smooth and easy. They were nice, replied quickly, and were helpful. The car drove smooth other than a small issue with turning left sometimes that I let them know about. I would definitely rent again 🙂
