My second car and second time renting with Farah she is always right with communication timely and I will definitely be utilizing this car again

Trip was great, we had to extend it twice due to unplanned events. She worked with us. It’s in PERFECT condition. When renting we all look at reviews, she was concerned on a bad review left on us which she express the concern about pets but unfortunately we were to a family members house and the kids had dog hair on them from playing with the dogs, but she wanted to trust us. Which we appreciate because not everyone gives trust or listens. She does not allow smoking which was fine. She was big on communication. The trip was wonderful over all.
