It was the easiest car pick up I’ve ever done… I will definitely use Andi’s service again… The car was great and clean!

We had a horrible experience with Turo. It was our first time using the service and struggled the whole time. Our 'host', Alan was not helpful at all. He parked the car in a remote lot and was vague about what spot the car was in. After searching in 100° weather we finally found it but was then faced with getting out of the lot! When we asked Alan about it he made it our problem by say that he wasn't familiar with the lot. We finally got out and the car ran fine. Dropping the car off (to the same lot) was also a struggle... We had to call the agent just to get in! Alan wasn't the only problem though... The app is not Intuitive and Alan also didn't know how to use it, so just another struggle. We won't use Turo again.
I’m sorry your first Turo experience didn’t meet your expectations. I answered multiple phone calls, provided step-by-step directions, screenshots, and the exact parking location to help locate the vehicle. The difficulty was with navigating the Turo app and the parking lot rather than identifying where the car was parked. I’m glad the vehicle itself performed well, and I appreciate you taking good care of it. I wish you all the best.
