Whole entire experience was terrible. Would never use Turo due to poor host. Experience host was extremely rude. Would not help us unlock car waited outside in the cold for 45 minutes and when asked how we could get into the car host said simply “the door.”. There was also damage to the car upon our arrival that we immediately informed the host of before leaving the parking lot and the host tried to blame us for said damage. All in all this experience has made me never want to use Turo again as there is absolutely no accountability.
All check-in instructions were clearly provided, and the vehicle condition was fully documented before the trip. The guest reported damage only after the trip with a single photo, which does not match our pre-trip records. This feedback is misleading and does not reflect the actual experience.

The person who I was communicating with in regards to asking for help was extremely rude. Just like he/she told me to do, I had to “ just google it”, when it came to figuring out a few things on how the car worked. Outside of that, the trip was pretty smooth.
