Good communication and explanation on pick-up/drop-off. I didn’t really think that the waiting times for the shuttles were as horrible as others made them to be. There’s also a shuttle tracking service that gives you a clear estimate of pick up time.
The car drives well, has some minor defects but mostly cosmetic. Full Self Drive is a real plus, even on Hardware 3 (if you’re not a Tesla geek, this doesn’t matter to you!). Charging was seamless and the account was always funded, which is not obvious.
