Blue Ribbon Service! This was such an easy, worry-free transaction from booking to trip end. First, the communication was excellent throughout the duration of the rental, starting with the location of pickup. I opted to pick up at Orlando International where I was directed to pickup the car in the economy lot, (I paid a nominal fee to exit by the way). The airport shuttle actually dropped us off at the car. Second, the Tesla was fantastic! It was exceptionally clean, inside and out and smelled great, too…a subtle, clean scent! It’s evident this car is well-maintained. As this was my first time driving an EV, I naturally had questions. First Hand responded immediately and professionally. In summary, First Hand Rentals provided a great car that’s fun to drive, coupled with excellent service! I will be renting from them again when I’m in town.
