The car quality was great but I had a family emergency and it was difficult to get my cousins belongings out of the car after it got towed. Which made my trip even more stressful
Thank you for the feedback. We’re glad the vehicle itself met your expectations. Unfortunately, the vehicle ended up in a police impound lot while in the possession of an unauthorized driver who was not listed on the reservation. This created significant challenges for vehicle recovery and property verification, and resulted in substantial costs and time on our end.
