Van was in nice shape and drove well with no mechanical issues. Host communicated well and directions were clear. Would highly recommend and would consider renting again. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is due to the window tint and headlights. Headlights are very very dim which makes night driving very hard to see. Front windows are tinted so dark and block the side mirrors. Navigating the van at night is very dangerous due to these factors combined. Tho we had no issues I would not recommend if you have issues with night driving or driving large vehicles as there is very limited visibility.

My family and I had no issues finding the vehicle in the parking lot and the communication with Allen was amazing! The only issues we experienced was the odor in the van, the left over McDonald’s cups of a previous user that was left and the van desperately needs a wheel alignment. Other than that, it got my family from point A to point B with no issues

Alquilamos la furgoneta por 4 dias, no nos dio ningun problema. Tiene algun defecto fisico en el interior (aire acondicionado, cinturon suelto, reposabrazos roto...) pero no impide su conduccion.
