Great customer service from host

Work great for our family. Host was very responsive and helpful. Not sure if it was mentioned in the listing but I had to pay parking fee to get out of the airport park lot and I as told I would be billed for tolls. I’m guessing that’s pretty standard though.

Luis was a great host, van was what was pictured and perfect for my trip, directions for pick up were easy to understand and get to. There was an issue with a/c and Luis went out of his way to try to get it fixed while I was not using but unfortunately he was unable to, So that’s when Turo took over and made my trip a nightmare Thank you again Luis for being there to assist me when TURO costumer service wanted me to wait in a dark airport parking lot till replacement arrived.

Luis was great the whole time! Van was everything we needed. Great for big groups. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Orlando!
