I have never had a issue with Ethan until my last booking I was told I had to swap the initial vehicle and was booked for a 2026 Nissan rouge then arrived to get the vehicle my trip started at 5:30 the Nissan rouge I was told haven’t been delievered so I sat outside in the parking lot until about 7pm before they swapped me into another vehicle after being told the Nissan rouge was the only vehicle available. Normally I am able to book threw them and get a vehicle and be fine this time was stressful
