Car falling apart , windows cracked

I want to start of by saying I am an easy going guy and not too picky but this was not ok. Driver side interior was falling apart. Was not the cleanest. The driver side door was always stuck, especially a hazard for emergencies. I had to get another flight and was forced to extend my car for an extra 2 days. The car stopped driving out of nowhere in the middle of the night!! They didn’t turn off the automatic update so I had to stay in the middle of nowhere for almost 2hrs until the car was done updating. They already got more money for me on the extended trip so Why would someone over-charge and take money from a paying client! Should have never gave them more business in the first place!! Will never rent again. After I rented I incurred additional charges. I reached out and they still haven’t got back to me. I brought the car back on the desired percentage level. I was charged an additional full charge fee, a low battery charging fee, post charging fee, and convenience fee. (Would have rented from someone else but the turnover time was too soon and there were no available vehicles in my area) This was the worst experience.
