The car is in poor condition and u gave a new tesla driver a dead car

I had a very disappointing experience with this host.
Three days before my scheduled return, I asked if I could return the car one day early and receive a refund for the unused day. The host clearly told me that it would be no problem and that the refund would be issued once I returned the vehicle.
Based on that assurance, I returned the car a full day early. Unfortunately, the refund was never processed.
What bothers me the most is not the amount of money, but the fact that I was told something that simply wasn’t true. If a refund wasn’t possible, I would have appreciated an honest answer from the start. Making promises and then not honoring them is unprofessional and disappointing.
I value honesty above all. I hope future guests don’t have to deal with the same situation.

All in all it’s a Tesla so I enjoyed the car. There’s a lot that can be done to make the car better cosmetically. But it drives as it should. Smoooth like butter. Will def rent again. Easy pick up and drop off.

Vehicles appearance was a bit unexpected. Vehicles had an after smell of smoke. However, hosts overall were very responsive and kind.
