Smooth ride easy access to the owner will be renting again

Not a great experience. Didn’t send the correct picture of where the car was located so wandered around the garage until solved. Could live with that honest mistake. But car hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Then the owner sends a note saying if you aren’t going to leave a good review don’t leave one at all instead. Which I think is unethical.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Previous guest parked at 1 aisle down then the photos he taken, we remotely honk the car and guided the guest to the aisle within 5 minutes. we communicated with the guest and helped them. for inconvenience we offered guest free gas tank but guest was still very upset and we completely understand the frustration. guest use the free gas tank and still complaining about it. we take pride of our service and always serve customers to highest standards.

I rented through Priceline car was older I had to pay for parking and find car then I had to search for a spot on return. More of a hassle than anything.

Thank you for your feedback. $23 parking fee is on vehicle description as well booking confirmation message. Guest agreed to pay and after the trip guest wanted to get reimbursement of $23. Parking fee is charged by cvg airport. As a host we do not have any access or control to these fees. Guest was upset and left the bad review. We always take pride of our service. We would be happy to earn your business in the future as well.
