Car was rented to me with electrical issues. Guto admitted he knew there were unresolved battery connection issues but it "worked just fine for him". His communication was lack luster and only offered a credit for a future rental. I won't be renting from you again. It's crazy that you rented out a car you knew had issues and you admitted you knew it has issues.

Wasted 1 day, the car was given to me with issues. The cable of the battery was loose and caused me not to use it the following day in which I had to get to work early.
The host fixed the car and advise if it happens again this should what I do... I am not going to worry about these issues hence me renting a car...I would not rent from this host.
No worries, we have been in business for many years, and growing, losing a guest like you won’t affect us.
