I left a bag in the Turo lot, and it took the team two days to check on it, which by then it was of course not there. Terrible customer service, I thought I was talking to AI.

Unfortunately, if you leave belongings behind in a public parking garage, they could be gone at any moment. Please make sure you take all of your personal belongings with you before leaving the vehicle.
