Tiff was great. Every little detail was accounted for. Car ran exceptionally well. Pick up and drop off couldn’t have been easier. Will be renting again!

I’m giving this rental one star because only three days after receiving the car, one of the tires started losing air. I inflated it several times until I finally had to take it to a mechanic to have it checked. The mechanic told me the tire was severely damaged and warned me to be careful because it could potentially blow out at any moment. This situation caused me a lot of stress and really ruined part of my trip.
The car was also delivered completely dirty, as if children and their parents had come from a park with muddy shoes. The entire interior was very dirty.
In addition, the windshield washer fluid was empty. I filled it twice, and within three days it was empty again. I believe there must be a leak or some kind of issue because it kept draining after I refilled it.
I truly believe that people renting out a car should deliver it in proper condition so customers can enjoy a safe and peaceful trip, not one filled with stress and concerns.
