I have never had an issue with Turo. But this booking caused me to waste a lot of time that I did not have. I had to refuse the car I initially rented because of the pungent order of Marijuana, but in defense of the the host, they did make it right but it cost me more time that I didn't have, not to mention the constant maneuvering from one airport parking lot to the other was a headache. I understand that all customers to comply with the non smoking rule but the host needs to make sure that the car is not only clean but free of all smoke oders.

We take our No Smoking policy seriously and are working to ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and odor-free before each booking, though guest full compliance can occasionally be challenging.
