They cancelled my original vehicle as I was standing at it in the lot. I informed them it was raining and I was standing in it. They made me wait almost a.ln hour. Yes I was early but they should have been accommodating. Was also informed I would be getting some kind of reimbursement which I haven't yet. Car itself was good otherwise. Don't know if I'd rent from them again.

They canceled our car 2 times before settling on the 3rd car the day we were arriving to our destination. Horrible time trying to communicate where to drop the vehicle off. No drop box, no address for where to drop the vehicle off prior to leaving. Stressed my boyfriend and I so much at 2am trying to figure out where to go, do not recommend.
