Appreciated the ease of getting the car! Working with Turo and through app was easy as well. No matter the time or the question, there was ALWAYS someone that was present for our every need. Apart from the slight aroma of cigarette smoke when initially opening the car door, the car was VERY clean and drove well. Will seek out TURO again! Recommend this service!!

Rental was 30 minutes late. There is a late charge if you return late, so I don’t see how they don’t compensate you for being late.
