The car location was vague it gave an address that didn’t exist. I found it an hour later in the airport parking lot. Why didn’t they just say you will find it in the lot. They gave me the code to lock the car but not to open the car. That was the second thing. Still not a bad experience. The agent came punched in the code and all was good. Upon returning the car unable to put it in the same spot. I parked it and can’t flight. I was a little late about 1:00 pm and I get a text I’m being charged a late fee. From the beginning I lost a hour because info was vague I didn’t think hey they wasted time I could’ve been to my next destination. So for that reason I rate it 3 stars. To me charging a late fee is a bit petty.

I also have something to add regarding the guest: most of his statements in his review are inaccurate: his trip was booked starting at 12:00 PM, and he accessed the car at 12:05 PM (he didn't verify his driver's license in the app). He got links with the car's exact location on Google and Apple Maps. The car was returned an hour and a half after his trip ended, but I didn't charge him for additional use.
