Car listing shows seats 4 and is a convertible. Owner doesn’t allow use of the convertible top. Ceiling of car has separated from the roof, making the backseat unusable.
The use of the convertible top is being addressed currently and the guest was notified as soon as reservation was made, so this is not a fair complaint. She did not have to Turo our vehicle. As for the size of the car, yes, it’s an Audi a5 convertible that has four seats. However, almost every convertible on the market has a smaller backseat—great for kids but not adults.
