The car was in complete shambles. Neglected, dirty, smelling, the interior destroyed. The only positive is that it run safely and it was a Tesla, and Richard (5 stars to Richard) was a gentleman. Otherwise this would have been a one star. My first experience with Turo was worst imaginable
