The host was excellent,punctual, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the rental process. My experience with the vehicle was smooth and enjoyable overall.
My only concern was the vehicle’s cosmetic condition. The Slingshot showed significant wear and tear, which was more noticeable than expected. Additionally, the neon lighting was not operational. One of the primary reasons I chose to rent this particular vehicle was because of the advertised lighting features, so I was disappointed to find they were unavailable. I would have appreciated this being disclosed in the listing beforehand.
Thank you for your feedback. The neon lighting was operational prior to your rental but was damaged by a previous renter who scraped the vehicle, causing the lights to detach. The cosmetic wear noted was also related to that incident. The vehicle’s condition was disclosed before your reservation, and we strive to be transparent with all guests.
