Bill was very communicative. He was also nice. The car was clean and ready for pick up with clear instructions on accessing the key. The only slight comment of opportunity for improvement as I mentioned to him, is making sure the vehicle is well serviced, without any kinks. Bill was well receptive of the feed back, offering a plausible accommodation to better my experience. I would rent from him again.
