Car quality great, pick up location was not the agreed airport location we had to pay out of pocket taxi. Drop off ok but very tedious. Much rather pay a little extra and have all the services.

Hi Antonio,
We apologize for the inconvenience however Turo’s off-site lot was flooded due to rain and king tides and the airport was also flooded and only our SUV’s were able to make it to the garage safely which took 2 hours due to the traffic and flooding. You requested that we reimburse you for the taxi however Turo does not allow payments to occur outside of their app so we reassured you that we would take care of you another way and allow you to park at the airport.
