Poor customer service
This review appears to be related to an experience the customer had with another Turo host, not affiliated with our business, whose trip took place right before ours at a location we share with a few Turo hosts. The other host later informed us the customer was upset regarding a damage claim from that previous trip. During our rental, we checked in with the customer, no concerns were mentioned, and the trip was even extended. We do not feel this review reflects the experience with our rental.
