I’m rating this trip a 3 for several reasons. First, this was not the car I originally booked. My reservation was mistakenly given to another guest, and the host did not realize it until I informed them the vehicle I booked was unavailable.
Second, after telling me to just take the replacement vehicle, the host contacted me more than 30 times regarding the original booking, which became excessive and frustrating during my trip.
Third, the replacement car’s interior was not clean. The seats, in particular, appeared dirty and could definitely use a deep shampoo cleaning.
Lastly, I was unable to extend my booking because the replacement vehicle I was given had already been rebooked only 30 minutes after my scheduled return time, leaving no flexibility. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing.

Amazing directions and photos for picking up vehicle. Kind communication and accommodations. A little bumpy with the communication for drop off. Car was as expected.

Car worked great and pickup and drop off instructions were mostly clear. The car was a little dirty (could have been vacuumed and wiped down) and stained fabric. Also the windshield wiper fluid was empty.
