I had an excellent experience renting through Turo. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was professional, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off simple and convenient. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the car drove perfectly throughout my trip. I appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail, which made the rental stress-free. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable rental experience.
The drop off/pick up service is awesome. There was no need to pay for a car service in order to pickup/drop off the Turo rental. Car arrived on time. I was able to extend the duration of my trip. Car drove well. It is comfortable. It was surprisingly pretty good on gas as well. I would recommend this host.

If u traveling, this is a great pick. This is the the first car I rented that came with some thought for the customer. The last couple times I hit like 6 to 8 tolls heading there and back all together at 4.50 a piece on my trip. And I think it adds an hour to avoid tolls. If only you could see the smile after confusion on my face as they told me ( your good have nice day) when I noticed an ezpass on the windshield that moved this host to top of my list. This the first rental to help me save money. I will definitely be using again. This guy is a great and smart host. Thank you
The car was a good car host communicated pretty well and fast I will rent again

Great vehicle great host I enjoyed my trip I will definitely rent again thanks to my great host I appreciate you so much

Good car ran very solid, was great on gas mileage better than I expected. The host was very responsive and flexible letting me extend my trip. I would book again!

Last minute rental after my planned host had to cancel. Pickup location and directions were incredibly easy, not far from main campus. I had to drive to Cleveland and back the vehicle performed well for its age. Gas mileage was bonus, great fuel economy. The host is incredibly easy to communicate with. I'd definitely rent again.
Car was an excellent condition, and it was a very easy process to rent with this owner. Great experience.

Car drives very good and smooth. Also was clean. No complaints would recommend renting from this host and hope I can rent from him again.
Ziggy couldn't have been a better host! Was very understanding with some personal issuesi had that extended my trip. Great Host

John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) is approximately six miles east of downtown Columbus, Ohio.
Driving in Columbus follows standard U.S. rules: obey speed limits, yield to pedestrians, and avoid using handheld phones. Winter can bring snow and ice, so drive cautiously during colder months, especially during snow emergencies when roads may be slippery and visibility reduced.
General speed limits in the area include:
- Urban areas: Typically 25 mph (40 km/h) within city limits.
- Urban interstates and highways: Ranges from 50 to 65 mph (80 to 105 km/h).
- Divided highways and interstates: Between 55 and 70 mph (90 to 113 km/h).
Columbus offers a mix of street parking, car lots, and parking garages — especially in and around downtown — making traveling by rental car a breeze. Metered spots are common in busy areas, but free parking can often be found on residential streets in neighborhoods like Victorian Village or near public spaces such as Goodale Park. Always check signage for time limits or permit requirements.
There aren’t any toll roads in Columbus or its nearby suburbs. The Ohio Turnpike does have tolls, but it runs across the northern part of the state, connecting places like Toledo, Cleveland, and Youngstown, so it’s well out of the way if you’re staying local in Columbus.
With over 300 gas stations spread throughout the city, Columbus ensures access to fuel in easy-to-spot locations. There are also plenty of EV chargers, such as:
- ChargePoint: Operates over 240 stations in the area, so check your local area.
- EVgo: Provides fast-charging stations at locations like Kroger Brewers Yard (150 W Sycamore St) and Target Hilliard (4211 Trueman Blvd)
While Columbus offers over 40 fixed-route bus lines, including airport connectors and night services, renting a car gives you far more flexibility. Whether you're traveling with a group, planning day trips beyond city limits, or arriving in icy winter months, a rental car is a must. Your ideal car will save you time, keep everyone comfortable, and have you traveling in style.
