The host cancelled this trip 9 hours before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.
This cancellation was made at the direction of a Turo rep due to circumstances beyond my control. I was looking forward to having the car available for the next trip, but the prior guest returned it a couple days late—too close to the upcoming booking—and only after police involvement was threatened. The vehicle had also been smoked in and damaged, making it unsafe and unavailable. I followed Turo’s guidance to cancel to avoid further issues and ensure guest safety.
