This was my first time renting with this app. The pick up was easy and the person handing off the car to me was very friendly! The car ran great no issues and the AC was very cold which was good! Overall good experience and easier than I thought it would be. Would definitely rent again..

Best car we’ve rented so far with Turo! The car was soooo clean when we received it; you can tell it was well taken care of by the owner. He was very informative and detailed with the pick up and drop off instructions so we did not have any confusion or questions when picking the car up. The features of the car were awesome! The AC was COLLLLDDDD which was especially great for this hot weather, the gas was VERY efficient and lasted us all the way to our destination and then some. The car drove smoothly and felt very secure even when we ran into a storm on our trip. 10/10 would definitely recommend renting from Hiep.

The interior genuinely surprised me—in the best way! The gray, black, and beige combo was clean and inviting, and the smell when I opened the door was incredible. Definitely an immediate “wow” moment. The A/C was top tier—easily my favorite part. I run hot all the time, so that was a blessing! lol… The trunk was spacious, and the car was comfortable. My only minor complaint was the Bluetooth pairing, but I was born before Bluetooth existed, so I survived! lol… Thankfully, I had an AUX cord and adapter. Overall, a great rental—clean, comfortable, spacious, and an easy experience.

Linus was an amazing person to rent from. So easy to communicate with made it so easy for me to get my vehicle and then have my vehicle picked up. I’ve had this vehicle for almost 10 months and I’ve never had a single issue with it. Linus would always check in with me periodically to make sure I was happy with the car. I’ll be renting again in a few more weeks and I will definitely be renting from linus.
